Krispy Kale

Kale ChipsIngredients

  • 1 bunch kale washed and dried
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Sea Salt

Preparation

Tear kale leaves gently and put them on a baking sheet. Spray some healthy olive oil cooking spray on bottom of pan.

Put olive oil on your hands and gently massage onto kale leaves a bit at a time.

Sprinkle with sea salt. You can also use pepper.

Roast at 400 degrees until it turns brown and crispy. Every oven is different so experiment to see how long it takes in your oven.
