1 cup pumpkin puree ( I use organic pumpkin
3/4 cup agave nectar or raw honey
2eggs
2 cup blanched almond flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Choose one below to add to before baking
½ cup dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup dried cranberries
- In a blender or mixer combine pumpkin, agave and eggs and beat for 2 minutes
- Mix dry ingredients into wet . Mix for 1-2 minutes
- Pour batter into a greased a small brownie or pyrex dish
- Add chocolate chips or cranberries or raisins
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
- Make sure they are well browned. Don’t be fooled by color. Pumpkin will make it look darker but bars need to be firm not mushy.
